Springfield Restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for Light lunch, Afternoon Tea and Evening Dinner, Sundays we are open for Sunday Lunch only.
Monday the restaurant is closed but we are still open for Functions, Weddings and Parties should you wish to hold them on a Monday.

The Small Dining Room can be rented privately if there is over 16 in your party, it also comes with our Small Lounge for Pre Drinks and Tea & Coffee, this room can be used privately at an additional £50 if there are under 16 guests. Maximum of 30 in this room.
Our large Dining room can hold up to 100 for a sit down meal or up to 150 for a buffet, again you can hire it exclusively for an event along with our bar and conservatory with over 40 guests.

Springfield's Head Chef
Paul Farmer has been Head Chef at Springfield House Hotel for almost eight years, he has been a Chef for over 13 years.
Paul achieved his ultimate ambition of becoming Head Chef at the age of 27 when he took up his position at Springfield House Hotel, he strives for perfection in his work, not just in taste but also in presentation.
He meets the needs of the customers and has an excellent rapport with the suppliers who source him the finest fresh local produce.
We hope Paul will continue with Springfield for many years to come.
